Engr. Ahmed Ibrahim is forty eight years old and was appointed Non-Executive Director on April 23, 2007. He has considerable exposure in corporate leadership by his membership in the Boards of Ashaka Cement Plc, Warri Refining & Petrochemical Co. Ltd, Drake & Scull Nig. Ltd (a subsidiary of New Nigeria Development Co. Ltd), Bank of the North Ltd, NNIL Commercial Co. Ltd, among others and Alpha-Praxis (Nig.) Ltd, where he is now Chief Executive Officer.

Engr. Ahmed is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Society for Chemical Engineers (NSChE) and the Council for the Regulations of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

He studied Chemical Engineering at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he also studied an MBA in Finance.

Mr. Olushekun is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is also a Member of the Institute of Directors, the Chartered Institute of Taxation and The Nigerian Institute of Management. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and is duly registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission. He holds MBA (Marketing) from the University of Lagos as well as HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology.
He is currently a member of the Business Support Group established by the Federal Government of Nigeria for the Nigerian Vision 2020 Project. He also serves on several committees of the Securities & Exchange Commission, The Nigerian Stock Exchange, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has served as the Director of Administration as well as the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria.

Mr. Moses Oladele IkotunManaging Director
Mr Moses Oladele Ikotun is a graduate of Banking from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Institute of Capital Market Registrars, Institute of Capital Market Analyst and The Institute of Credit Administration.

He has several years of experience both in Banking and Share Registration. He was formerly of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc and IMB International Bank Plc, the pioneer Registrar of Corporate Nominee Limited, Eko International Bank Plc, and FIIST Ventures Ltd when it was a subsidiary of former First Interstate Bank Plc.

He is a registered member of the Securities and Exchange Commission; he has also participated in over 25 public issues in the Nigerian Capital Market.

He is presently the MD of Unity Registrars Limited.
